How the "Order the purchase of goods" service works:

• In your personal account, click the "Order a purchase from a store" button

• In the form that opens, fill in the details of the goods: name, links to the goods with a detailed description of the size, colour, quantity and price. Please pay attention to the correctness of the prices of the goods. If delivery from the store is paid, take this into account when placing the order. 
• If you have found a promo code, enter the code and the discount amount under this code (in the comments)
• If you want to order goods from different online stores, you must place separate orders. Goods from different stores cannot be combined in one order.

• If necessary, the order can be sent for Auto-packing. To do so, tick the "Enable" box and fill in the required details: the recipient and the pick-up point. This order will be shipped at the Easyship Express Lite rate. 

• After filling in the details of the goods, you can tick the services you need (photographing, splitting the order, etc.)

• after filling in all the details, click the "Next" button.
• your order is now formed. For us to start working on it, it must be paid for. To do so, click the "Pay" button.

• after payment, your order will be in the "Paid" status in the Warehouse and parcels section.  If there are not enough funds on your balance to pay for the order, you must top it up first. Then return to paying for your purchase order (order status "new")

• when the goods arrive at our warehouse, the status will change to "In warehouse"
• after that you can ship the goods to your home address, or we will send the order for packing immediately if Auto-packing* was set up for this order.

Only goods ordered from US stores are accepted for purchase

ATTENTION!! We have launched a service for purchasing goods from the client's own account. You fill the cart in your account on the online store's website  – we pay for it! All we need is your login and password

* Auto-packing cannot be cancelled if it was set up in the purchase order itself.

-  When is the purchase made after the order is paid?

The purchase is made within one day (the day of payment does not count)

- Do you make purchases at weekends? 

Yes, we make purchases on Saturday and Sunday; purchases are made within 24 hours.

- What is Easyship's commission for the purchase?

The purchase commission is 5% of the order amount, but not less than $3. The commission for purchases from Ralph Lauren and Newegg is 8%

- Do you check the purchased order?

Easyship does not check purchased orders. If you need a check, select the "Reconciliation of contents with invoices" service. The cost of this service is $5
