Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting my personal data through the forms of the website https://easyship.ru and the account area https://lk.easyship.ru (including the newsletter subscription form), I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, give my consent to изишип.ру (TBE International, Inc) (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data

E-mail address; and, if I provide them on the website or in the account area, surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, delivery address, date of birth, identity document details, taxpayer number (INN) and parcel data (contents, value, weight, tracking numbers).

2. Purposes

• sending me information and promotional messages about EasyShip products, services, promotions and discounts (newsletter);
• responding to my requests submitted through the website forms;
• providing EasyShip services: receiving, storing, purchasing and shipping my parcels;
• delivering parcels and customs clearance in the countries of departure, transit and destination of the cargo.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, with or without automation.

4. Transfer to third parties and cross-border transfer

I consent to the transfer of my personal data needed for delivery and customs clearance of parcels to carriers, postal operators and courier services, customs representatives (brokers), and customs and other government authorities of the countries of departure, transit and destination of the cargo, to the extent necessary for these purposes.

I acknowledge that the Operator is a foreign organisation and that parcels are shipped from abroad, and consent to the cross-border transfer of the above personal data to the Operator and to the countries of departure, transit and destination of the cargo, including countries that do not ensure adequate protection of data subjects’ rights.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to office@easyship.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”, and unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any e-mail. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the time limits set by law, unless otherwise required by law.
