Once your goods arrive at the Easyship warehouse, we will process your purchases, check their arrival, take photos if necessary, pack the goods into a shipping box and prepare the parcel for international dispatch.

Free US address for shopping

After registering in your Easyship personal account you receive a free address in the USA. You can have purchases from various American online stores, marketplaces and online boutiques delivered to this address.

You can pay for the order in the store yourself and add the expected parcel in your personal account, or use the buying service. Consolidation and packing of parcels

The Easyship Express rate lets you combine several orders from different stores into one parcel. This is especially convenient if you buy clothing, footwear, cosmetics, accessories, electronics, home goods, children's goods or gifts in the USA.

When forming the parcel you can choose additional packing services:

extra protection with bubble wrap;
removal of excess individual product packaging;
wrapping the parcel in black film;

The exact delivery cost is calculated after the goods are packed into shipping packaging, when the actual and volumetric weight of the parcel are known.

Cost of delivery from the USA

A preliminary delivery cost at the Easyship Express rate can be calculated in the Delivery Calculator section of the Easyship website.**

The final cost depends on the weight, dimensions, destination country and the additional services chosen. If the volumetric weight of the parcel exceeds the actual weight, the volumetric weight may be used for the calculation.

Volumetric weight formula:

width × length × height / 6000

If the volumetric weight of the parcel is more than 30 kg, the sum of the three sides exceeds 150 cm, or the volumetric weight is 3 or more times the actual weight, a low-density surcharge may be added — 3 US dollars per 1 kg of difference between the volumetric and actual weight.

Customs limit and duty-free import

For shipments at the Easyship Express rate, the customs rules of the destination country must be taken into account.

For Russia and the EAEU countries, the duty-free limit for goods for personal use is up to 200 euros per parcel. If the value of the goods exceeds the established duty-free limit, the recipient may have to pay customs charges in accordance with the current rules of the destination country.

We recommend checking the value of the goods in the parcel in advance and providing accurate information in the declaration. Responsibility for the correctness of the information about the goods, their value, quantity and purpose lies with the sender and/or recipient.

Restrictions of the Easyship Express rate

The following main restrictions apply to the Easyship Express rate:

weight of one parcel — up to 30 kg;
recommended value of goods for duty-free import — up to 200 euros;
goods must be intended for personal use;
goods restricted by the legislation of the USA, the transit country and the destination country are prohibited for shipping;
delivery is carried out without the involvement of Russian Post;
collection is possible at courier service pick-up points.

Before shipping, make sure the goods do not belong to prohibited or restricted categories. Certain types of goods may require additional documents or permits, or may be refused for carriage.

Receiving the parcel

Delivery is available in more than 7,000 towns and cities. After the parcel is handed over to the courier service, tracking will be available not only in your Easyship personal account but also on the delivery service's website.

Tracking the shipment

Parcel tracking is available in your Easyship personal account at all stages of processing and delivery. You will be able to see the main shipment statuses: arrival at the warehouse, forming the parcel, packing, handover for delivery, international transportation and arrival at the pick-up point.

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier service, additional tracking will become available on the carrier's website.

Shipment protection

A shipment protection programme is available for the Easyship Express rate. The cost of protection is 3% of the order value.

In the event of an insured event, compensation is paid within 7–30 days after the claim is reviewed and the insured event is confirmed.
