Paying for goods in an online store on behalf of the client

We are testing a new service – purchasing goods from the client's own account in an online store*

We understand that, given the current situation, it is becoming increasingly difficult for our clients to shop in US online stores. Especially when you have already accumulated rewards or other bonuses in your favourite stores and now do not know how to keep earning or spending them.

Easyship is ready to help! We have launched a service for paying for your cart in an online store. What you need to do:

  • Pay for this order so that we can start working on it.
  • After your cart has been successfully purchased, the order status will change to "Purchased from the client's account" and a new order will be created in your account – a duplicate of the purchase order. Unlike the purchase order, you will be able to edit this order and fill in the goods. You should also receive an email from the store about the purchase.
  • After the order is shipped, the Client enters the tracking number in the corresponding field of the order in their account. If the order is shipped in parts, the client splits the order according to the shipped parts. That is, you will need to create new orders in your Easyship account in accordance with the shipments from the online store.
  • When the order/parts of the order arrive at the warehouse, we will register it as usual. The order status will change to "in warehouse".

some stores do not keep items in the cart for long, so please keep your cart active until our manager makes the purchase

* payment for goods from the client's account in an online store is available via the PayPal payment system. If payment via PayPal is not possible or the store did not accept it, the order will be processed as a regular purchase through Easyship. In that case we will handle the order ourselves

FAQ

- do I have to fill in the goods in the order if the purchase is made from my own account?

Yes, the goods must be filled in so that we can make the purchase if the data in the online store's cart is "reset"

- what is the commission for this service?

We make the purchase free of charge, just like a regular purchase through Easyship*

- can I enter all the tracking numbers under which the order was shipped from the online store in the tracking number field?

No, there must be only one tracking number in the field. If the store shipped the order in several parts, you need to create new orders in your Easyship account and enter the tracking number with the list of goods shipped under that tracking number

* Ralph Lauren and Newegg stores – 3% commission
