On 16 March sanctions were introduced on luxury goods, which cannot be shipped to Russia and Belarus by any shipping method.
You can study the list of goods prohibited for export from the USA here. Please do not order the following goods.
Goods worth more than 300 EUR are prohibited for export from the EU to Russia. The ban does not apply to goods needed for «official purposes», for diplomatic missions in Russia, international organisations and their staff
In summary:
Prohibited for export and re-export from the USA to Russia and Belarus (plus the EU sanctions list is added, as all cargo goes through Europe. Remember that the value of one everyday item (clothing, footwear, toys, furniture) must not exceed 300 euros, and the value of one electronic item – 750 euros):

Products made of natural and faux fur
All clothing, footwear and headwear over 300 euros
Bags, wallets, cases, suitcases, including those made of textiles and faux leather

- All computers, tablets, keyboards and mice, computer equipment, spare parts, lenses and optics, printer cartridges, navigation equipment, toys with a built-in motor.

The value of one everyday item (clothing, footwear, toys, furniture) must not exceed 300 euros, and the value of one electronic item – 750 euros.
Clothing, underwear, swimwear, outerwear – worth up to 300 euros per item
Footwear (including leather footwear) worth up to 300 euros per item
- Belts made of leather, textiles and other materials.
Ski and snowboard boots worth up to 300 euros per item
Shampoos, toothpastes, hair styling products (except oils and pressurised liquids)
Vitamins and dietary supplements (except certain dosages)
Watches (including smart watches and trackers) without precious metals, their alloys or coatings, up to 300 euros
Goods from the US and EU sanctions lists cannot be shipped to Russia and Belarus by any shipping method. Please do not send such goods to the warehouse, as we will not be able to forward them. Such goods can be returned to the store (using a return label or at the USPS rate).
To ship electronics (laptop, phone, processor, wireless headphones, smart watch and other wireless devices), a completed BIS-711 form must be provided.
