Terms and rules of the giveaway

2. Promotion period:

The promotion runs from 00:00 on 11 November 2025 to 23:59 on 20 December 2025 (inclusive, Moscow time).

3. Main prize:

- One iPhone 17 (the model and configuration are determined by the organiser).

4. Conditions of participation:

To be entered into the draw automatically, you need to:

- Be a registered user of the Easyship.ru service.

- Ship one or more parcels through your personal account on Easyship.ru during the promotion period.

- The parcel must be successfully processed and paid for (handed over for shipping) within the specified dates.

5. How the draw works:

- Each parcel shipped = 1 entry. The more parcels you ship during the promotion period, the higher your chances of winning.

- Want to increase your chances of winning?

• Write a review of your order on the website or on social media with the hashtag #EasyshipUSA — get +1 extra chance!*
• Post a photo or video of unboxing your parcel — another +1 chance!*

- On 22 December 2025 the winner will be selected at random using a random number generator. All entries (parcels) will be numbered, and the robot will randomly pick the number of the winning entry.

6. Notifying the winner:

- The winner will be notified within 3 business days after the draw:

    - By the email address provided at registration.

    - Via a notification in the personal account on Easyship.ru.

    - By publishing the winners' nicknames/names on Easyship's official social media.

7. Receiving the prize:

- To receive the prize, the winner must provide up-to-date delivery details (full name, address, contact phone number) within 7 calendar days of being notified.

- Delivery of the prize within Russia is at the organiser's expense.

- The prize will be sent to the winner by 31 December 2025.

8. Important provisions:

- Participation in the promotion confirms the participant's agreement with these terms.

- The organiser reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or end it early, with prior notice to participants.

- All information about the winner and the progress of the draw will be published on this page.

- Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
