Making a purchase

When you decide to make a purchase in an American online store and get cashback (rebate), you need to find the store you want on the Ebates website, for example the children’s clothing store Carter’s:

To make a purchase at Carter’s, click the Shop Now button - you will be taken to the store’s website (in our example, Carter’s).

Cashback crediting

Cashback is usually credited only after the store has shipped the item and you have received it. That is why the rebates in your Ebates account will appear after 2-3 business days. They are entered in the Pending Cash Back field (or pending rebates).

To view the accrued rebates, log in to your Ebates account and select the Cash Back Activity section in the menu on the left, then the Pending Cash Back tab

In the Bonus Expires field, there is a date after which your pending rebates will become active and available for cash withdrawal.

Issuing a check

After the date specified in the Bonus Expires field, your rebates become active and move to the Big Fat Payments tab.

Click the Request Check button (Запросить Чек), and fill in the recipient fields:

When the check is generated, the information from the Big Fat Check Settings section will be included in the check with your rebates.
