Christmas is just around the corner, which means it’s time for advent calendars (or Christmas calendars).
An advent calendar (or Christmas calendar) is a chance not only to get into the festive spirit, but also to buy a bundle of products from your favorite brand at a great price.
The idea behind an advent calendar is simple: count down the days to Christmas Eve. But besides creating a festive mood for every day of December leading up to Christmas, it’s also a great deal on a set/collection of products from a favorite brand.
Advent calendars have become so popular that now even people who are far from religious buy and give them as gifts, simply as a way to treat themselves and their loved ones and start preparing for the holiday in advance.
Traditionally, a calendar is designed for 24 days, but modern advent calendars can also have 6/12/20 windows.
The calendar can look different; most often they are a kind of “book” with windows, and behind each one there is a small surprise gift.
There are different advent calendar formats.
We’ve put together a selection of our favorites that may appeal to you and delight your children:
— the traditional kind with treats: candies, chocolate bars, jams, tea, and even wine calendars;

— fragrance and beauty calendars — from one brand or a mixed set from a beauty store;

12 Days Of Beauty
— with jewelry: costume jewelry or special editions from jewelry brands;

— with toys and collectible figures (Disney, L.O.L., Funko Pop);

Lego advent calendars;

— even with clothing. Calendars with a set of colorful socks from Disney:

— home decor calendars that brighten up a room, with DIY-style windows — you can come up with and place surprises to suit your own taste.

To hunt for advent calendars, go to the brand’s website or to giant marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Sephora, etc.
