Filling in delivery addresses

Add information about your home address

In your personal account, go to the "Recipients" section  and click the "Add" button

then fill in the form that appears.

• The data in the form must be filled in in Russian.
• To ship parcels by the Easyship Express, Easyship Express Courier and Easyship Express Lite methods, all the fields offered in the form must be filled in.
• For the other shipping methods it is enough to fill in the full name, contact details and address. The remaining fields can be filled in with any characters.

and click the "Save and close" button

Please note: your passport details are needed so that we can fill in the customs declaration for you

If necessary, you can edit the current data, add several users, or add several delivery addresses:
