 By choosing this rate, you can consolidate orders into a parcel absolutely free of charge. If you need, we can provide additional parcel packing services. These include: extra bubble wrap inside, removal of excess (individual) product packaging, wrapping the parcel in black film, and others. You can choose these services when forming the parcel

The exact delivery cost is known after the goods are packed into shipping packaging. If the volumetric weight of the parcel is more than 30 kg, or the sum of the three sides is more than 150 cm, or the volumetric weight is 3 or more times the actual weight, a low-density surcharge of $3/kg may be added on the difference between the volumetric (width*length*height/6000) and actual weight.

Restrictions and prohibitions.

The weight of the parcel must not exceed 25 kg, value no more than 1,000 euros.

Delivery is carried out  without the involvement of Russian Post.

The parcel will be delivered by a  Boxberry courier to the address specified in the parcel***

Parcel tracking in your personal account. As soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier service, tracking will additionally be available on their website.

A shipment protection programme is also available. The cost of protection is 3% of the order value. In the event of an insured event, we guarantee to pay compensation within 7–30 days.

If for some reason you do not want to or cannot buy the item you like yourself, simply paste the link in the "Order the purchase of goods from an online store" section of your personal account. We will buy the item and bring it to you ourselves!
