Forming a parcel, consolidation and shipping

If all the goods you ordered from US stores have arrived at the warehouse, it is time to ship them to you!

• All goods on their way to our warehouse are in the "New order" status
• All goods we have received are in the "In warehouse" status
• all goods in the "In warehouse" status are weighed; the weight of the goods (together with the store packaging) is shown in the "Weight" column

Forming a parcel

You can group all goods in the "In warehouse" status into one parcel and ship a consolidated shipment home. Remember that by combining goods into one shipment you save up to 80% on delivery!

To ship a parcel you need to select the orders for delivery by ticking  the boxes next to the relevant items:

then click "Arrange delivery".

You will go to the form for choosing delivery options. 

IMPORTANT: when choosing the EasyShip Express delivery method you must select a Pick-up Point in your city!

Fill in all the fields and click the "Send parcel for packing" button

On the "Parcels" tab you will see the parcel you have formed. It will be in the "Being packed" status:

In this status parcels go through the consolidation and packing stage. During packing, the warehouse staff perform the final weighing and measurement of the packed parcel and set the final chargeable weight of the parcel (volumetric or actual). 

After packing the parcel changes status to "Ready for payment". You will receive an email notification about the status change.

To ship the parcel home, you need to pay for the delivery service at the rate you have chosen.

To do so, click on the parcel in the "Ready for payment" status – you will go to the parcel description block, where you can check all the parcel details and edit the delivery method if necessary.

When you have finished editing, click the "Pay" button :

You will go to the payment page:

after payment the parcel will be in the "Paid" status:

 Once the parcel has been shipped, the status will change to "Shipped"

For convenient tracking of the delivery stages, the delivery tracking code will be available to you in the Parcel in the "Outgoing tracking" column:

 The link to the website where  you can check the location of your parcel depends on the chosen delivery method.

In the "Delivery" section of the website you can see the addresses of the websites where the shipment can be tracked depending on the delivery method.

Now all you have to do is wait for your parcel at the delivery address you specified.
