Consent to the processing of personal data

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Easyship Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Easyship website, I give my consent to the Operator (OOO «Izi-ship», INN: 6670488994, OGRN: 1196658080981, address: 620075, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Turgeneva 7, office 23) for the automated processing, as well as processing without the use of automation tools, of the following personal data (hereinafter – the Consent):

• Citizenship;
• Full name;
• Gender;
• Date and place of birth;
• Details of identity documents;
• Residential address;
• Contact information (phone number, email address, postal address);
• Bank details;
• Details of powers of attorney;
• INN, OGRNIP – for individual entrepreneurs;
• Registration data (login, password, etc.)
• Recordings of clients' calls (conversations) with the support service
• Technical information about user devices and identifiers, including cookies, electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser identifier data, hardware and software information, wi-fi network data); the date and time of access to the Sites and/or Services;  information about my activity while using the Sites and/or Services (for example, search history, data about purchases on the Site and/or in the Services); geolocation information, and other information required for processing in accordance with the terms governing the use of the Yandex Metrica Service and the Google Analytics Service.

The purpose of processing personal data — organising and providing freight forwarding services (including cargo pick-up, warehouse processing, domestic transportation, international transportation, customs clearance and other related services).

I have been informed that the processing of personal data means actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. By transferring the personal data of a third party to the Operator, I confirm and warrant that the third party has consented to such provision of data.

I have been informed that the Operator uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service provided by OOO «YANDEX», INN 7736207543, address: 119021, Russia, Moscow, ul. L. Tolstogo, 16, and/or its affiliates, including those belonging to the same group as OOO «YANDEX» (hereinafter — Yandex). The Yandex Metrica service uses «cookie» technology — small text files placed on users' computers for the purpose of analysing their user activity. The information collected using cookies cannot identify me, but may help the Operator improve the operation of the website by providing reports on technical information about user devices and identifiers. Yandex processes the technical information received about user devices and identifiers in the manner set out in the terms of use of the Yandex Metrica service, available at:

I have been informed that I can opt out of the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in my browser.

I have been informed that the Operator uses the Google Analytics web analytics service owned by Google LLC, address: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter – «Google»). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse my use of the website. Google will first truncate my IP address within the member states of the European Union or other states where data is cached through this service, thereby making it anonymous. I am aware of the information about locations: https://cloud.google.com/cdn/docs/locations. The information collected using cookies cannot identify me, but may help the Operator improve the operation of the website by providing reports on technical information about user devices and identifiers. Google processes the technical information received about user devices and identifiers in the manner set out in its Policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.

I have been informed that the Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to an authorised person who processes personal data in performance of contracts to which the personal data subject is a party or beneficiary (clause 5, part 1, article 6, and clause 2, part 4, article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data»), including third-party pick-up points for collecting and issuing the client's shipments; the organisation transporting the shipments; the organisation carrying out the customs declaration of the goods; call centres for notifying senders and recipients (including transactional mailings about changes in shipment status); postal operators and other Boxberry partners engaged in providing the services.

The Consent is valid from the day it is given until the day it is withdrawn in writing. I have been informed that the Consent can be withdrawn by sending a written statement in free form to the Operator's legal address or to the email address office@easyship.ru. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of the account from the Easyship website.
